**Functions** * Your main responsibility is to meet the demand for technical assistance required both to address requests from customers and staff regarding corrective maintenance, various technical tasks, minor installations, etc., as well as those required according to the planned schedule for preventive maintenance tasks, routine supervision and control of facilities, and execution of tasks and installations organized by your superiors. * Routine operational control tasks of systems in machinery rooms (treatment, storage, and transport of potable water, hot water production, low-voltage power distribution, air conditioning, swimming pools, systems and machinery, SPA, etc.) * Monitoring of consumption (water, electricity, diesel, gas) and fuel stock levels (diesel tanks, gas tanks, packaged fuels), etc. * Maintenance tasks on cold water treatment and distribution systems for consumption, domestic hot water, and water for air conditioning, swimming pools, sanitation systems, air conditioning systems, low and medium voltage electrical distribution systems, lighting, gas installations, buggy maintenance, etc. * Troubleshooting malfunctions in machinery and systems across different departments. * Resolving work orders related to guests: alerts from housekeeping, guest relations, reception, etc., including tasks involving electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, telecommunications, etc. * Performing technical tasks related to installations, adaptations, and repairs in various hotel departments. * Repair and setup works for events: audiovisuals, lighting, stages, all types of electrical installations, machinery setup, etc. * Providing attention, support, and follow-up to technical personnel from private or public external companies, as directed by superiors. **Requirements** * General knowledge of various technical installations: electricity, DHW (domestic hot water), plumbing, air conditioning, and industrial refrigeration (basic additional knowledge in other technical areas such as painting, masonry, etc. is recommended). * Experience in repair and maintenance of electrical installations, DHW, plumbing, swimming pools, etc. * Training in occupational risk prevention specific to your job type. * Ability to adapt your schedule to the shift requirements established by the department. * Valid driver's license B1 (required for operating buggies within the hotel premises). * Intermediate-level technical qualification (desirable). * Availability to work with **rotating days off**, and across different shifts. **Area \- Position** Engineering and Production \- Maintenance Technician **Category or level** Employee **We offer** Fixed-term intermittent contract
