Native English speaker or equivalent level and advanced Spanish spoken and written. Any other language (Russian, German, French, Portuguese, etc.) will be desirable. At least two\-three years administrative work experience. Excellent IT – MS Excel, PP and Office – skills. Responsibilities \& tasks: Compiles data for the purpose of preparing department reports, records or processing requests. Forms part of the assigned projects or programs completing activities and delivering services in compliance with established guidelines. Maintains up to date the information in accordance with established administrative and legal requirements. Monitors a variety of activities and provides information when required to perform functions.
