We aim to welcome a dynamic, organized individual with a genuine passion for hospitality—someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and has a strong interest in the digital world and online communication. Professional Profile Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Prior experience in hotel front desk or customer service (preferred). Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments. Main Responsibilities Providing personalized guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Managing reservations, handling telephone calls, and responding to email inquiries. Billing, collections, and administrative tasks related to the position. Supporting the hotel’s digital presence: creating and publishing social media content, assisting with online campaigns, and maintaining brand image.
