If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com **What do we do in the team?** Within Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech’s **MSS SUPPORT** unit, we deliver services such as: * Security incident management and resolution. * Review of security platforms to proactively identify threats and configuration errors. * Support to other SOC operational teams. * Platform security updates and enhancements. * Conducting audits, preventive maintenance, and improvement processes for security platforms. * Provisioning of infrastructures and services (coordinated with clients and vendors). * Generation, review, and presentation of reports to clients. * Definition and improvement of operational models. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Defining and implementing security policies aligned with client needs for each project within complex, multi-vendor system environments (Checkpoint, F5, Cisco Firepower, …) * Analysis and resolution of security incidents. * Reviewing client perimeter security configurations, identifying issues, and proactively resolving them. * Programming, executing, and organizing tasks diligently. * Managing and reporting security incidents. * Defining and improving procedures and response workflows. * Liaising with other services and teams to identify and resolve incidents. * Serving as the technical reference for the manufacturers in which you specialize. **And for this, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * At least 2 years’ experience working in a SOC or equivalent. * 5 years’ experience administering one or more of the following security devices: + Checkpoint Firewalls: Quantum, Maestro, Spark, Smart-1 + F5 Load Balancers: LTM and APM modules **Education** Required: * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. * Valid certification in CheckPoint (minimum CCSA) or F5 (minimum F101).
