




Reporting to the Front Office Manager, Higueron Resort is seeking a Front Supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily management of the reception team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service quality in line with 5-star standards, to guarantee a unique guest experience from arrival to departure. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Front desk team management: Supervise team activities, task and shift distribution, as well as staff training and development. \- Guest service: Ensure guests receive efficient service at all times. \- Reservation control and coordination: Collaborate with the reservations and sales department to manage occupancy efficiently. \- Incident management: Resolve operational issues that may arise during shifts, coordinating with other departments when necessary. \- Operational processes: Support the implementation of hotel operating procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. \- Billing and payment management: Supervise billing and payment processes at the front desk, ensuring all transactions are accurate and correct procedures are followed. \- Interdepartmental collaboration: Work with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food \& Beverage to ensure guest satisfaction. **Requirements:** \- Previous experience in a front desk position at luxury hotels (minimum 2\-3 years) in a similar role. \- Knowledge of PMS ONQ and OPERA systems. \- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. \- Fluent in English. **Benefits:** \- Competitive salary according to experience. \- Opportunities for professional development and growth. \- Discounts at our establishments. \- Reduced rates at our fitness and wellness center spanning over 700 m2.
