Your main objective is to support the Head Chef/Maitre in departmental functions and objectives, primarily in BackOffice and administrative tasks. **Your day-to-day will sound like this...** * Support the department manager in creating and modifying shift and vacation schedules for staff according to occupancy forecasts and workforce planning tools. * Assist the department manager in tracking attendance and shifts using management software, including all related processes. * Monitor and manage internal personnel administration processes within F&B. * Collaborate in the proper execution of inventories for consumables and operational equipment. * Assist in conducting warehouse stock control, ensuring a FIFO system that guarantees the use of food items with the nearest expiration dates. * Help place daily orders to suppliers and supervise that received goods match in quantity and quality. * Coordinate and support the correct implementation of operational support tools. * Comply with and enforce organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environment, and data protection. * Place orders, set up, and organize the point of sale in coordination with F&B. * Perform other duties within your scope as requested by your direct supervisor. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this role if…** Higher Vocational Training (FP II) / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Finance / Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent. Minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role within 5\* hotels and the luxury segment. Experience in Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels \& Resorts, or similar is valued.
