If you are eager to be part of a dynamic, international, and continuously growing environment, we’re waiting for you! **Responsibilities:** * Schedule technicians’ appointments. * Plan technicians’ workloads, optimizing their routes and travel times. * Manage technicians’ availability, maximizing each team’s capacity. * Monitor technicians’ daily activities and service progress. * Provide telephone support for incident management. * Handle cancellations and no-shows, ensuring proactive identification of alternative options to recover scheduled appointments. * Support other departments through various channels when service availability is required, prioritizing according to criteria established in Highway. * Plan technicians’ overnight assignments, organizing and optimizing service routes. * Ensure service and call efficiency. * Submit daily activity reports. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract with an innovative company focused on continuous improvement, a positive work environment, and outstanding personal and professional development opportunities. * Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: 9:00–17:00 / 10:00–18:00 / 13:00–21:00 **Minimum Requirements:** * University degree or vocational training qualification (FP). * Prior experience in logistics planning departments is desirable. * High level of English proficiency. * Prior experience in telephone customer service is desirable. * Geographic knowledge. * Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, etc.). **About us:** At Sector Alarm, we shape the future to create a safer, more comfortable, and sustainable world.
