




Position Summary: At Higuerón Resort, we are seeking a results-oriented Reservation Agent with strong commercial skills to manage reservations, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Manages individual and group reservations through various channels. 2. Handles customer inquiries and supports promotional activities. 3. At Higuerón Resort, we select a results-oriented Reservation Agent with strong commercial skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and process individual and group reservations via direct channels, OTAs, travel agencies, corporate accounts, and B2B/B2C platforms. * Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels, providing clear information on availability, rates, policies, and conditions. * Accurately enter, modify, and cancel reservations in the PMS. * Verify and keep availability, rates, and restrictions updated according to instructions from the Reservation Manager or Revenue Manager. * Identify errors in rate or inventory loading and report them promptly. * Support the implementation of promotions, marketing campaigns, and commercial offers. * Manage residence and/or vacation rental reservations, ensuring compliance with defined standards. * Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Marketing) to guarantee a seamless customer experience. * Adhere to internal procedures and company policies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience of 1–3 years as a Reservation Agent or in similar roles within hospitality or vacation rental sectors. * Familiarity with and ability to operate PMS and Channel Manager systems (RMS experience is a plus). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and administrative skills. * Spanish and English (additional languages are advantageous). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork capability.
