We are currently seeking a **Base Manager based in Málaga**, whose main responsibilities are: **The key duties for this position are as follows:** * Monitor staffing needs per shift. * Assign fleets to responsible managers. * Supervise the work performed by the operations team. * Analyze and manage vacation periods. * Oversee comprehensive operational control of the base. * Monitor KPIs related to the fleet and assigned personnel. * Provide guidance and support to the team under supervision. * Prepare reports on the base’s operational activity. * Manage agreements with operational service providers: maintenance, cleaning, refueling, among others. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00\. * Membership in the company’s Benefits Club. * Ongoing training and a career development plan. **Requirements:** --------------- * Studies in Logistics, Operations, or Transportation. * Prior experience in a similar role for at least two years. * Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is highly valued. * Leadership and team organization skills. * Knowledge of operational management strategies.
