Your main responsibilities will include: * Formalizing and managing recruitment and contract amendments for operational staff. * Controlling and archiving employment documentation, entering and updating data in the SAP system. * Managing contract terminations and resolving incidents related to Social Security affiliation movements. * Registering mandatory occupational health and safety (PRL) training via the Preventor platform. * Extracting and sending personnel lists (SAP queries) to Operations Managers. * Collecting employment documentation for labor inspections and audits. * Monitoring the signing of contractual documentation and advising on the most appropriate contractual modality. * Performing the monthly headcount reconciliation with Social Security. * Applying environmental best practices and complying with occupational health and safety regulations. **Conditions:** Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: Málaga. Start date: Immediate. Remuneration: To be agreed. **Requirements:** --------------- Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar. At least 1 year’s prior experience in recruitment or labor management. Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in office software tools is desirable. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality orientation. Residence in Madrid.
