At present, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking for our client a **Junior/Semi-Senior Database and Systems Administrator**, proactive and capable of bridging the gap between Data and Technology. You will administer databases and support server management, working closely with internal Senior profiles. You will participate in data platform projects, ensuring configuration, deployment, performance, and support. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Database Administration:** Configuration, deployment, and validation of relational and NoSQL databases; optimization and performance tuning. * **Systems/Servers:** Support in server and associated service management, coordinated with the Technology team. * **Data Projects:** Technical design for transformations, migrations, and evolution of data architectures. * **Expert Support:** Technical point of contact for critical incidents, supported by Senior staff. * **Continuous Improvement:** Enhancing performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across on-premises and cloud environments. * **Functional Liaison:** Communication with stakeholders and alignment between Data and Technology teams. **REQUIREMENTS:** Mandatory: * **Databases:** SQL Server; MongoDB or similar NoSQL database. * **Integration:** SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). * **Programming Language:** Python. * **Skills:** Progressively increasing technical autonomy; communication skills; project-oriented mindset.
