The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** Experience as a **Senior Full Stack Developer** in digital product environments and AI-driven initiatives: * Solid frontend development experience with **React and NextJS**, especially in building interfaces for chatbots, agents, and AI-based products. * Backend development experience with **Node.js and Python (FastAPI)** for building microservices, authentication, and data processing. * Experience with microservice architectures and deployment on **Kubernetes**. * Experience working with messaging and caching systems such as **Redis or Valkey**. * Experience with **PostgreSQL** databases and vector databases such as **Qdrant**. * Experience integrating and consuming **Azure AI services** (automated learning, Document Intelligence, metadata services, and agents). * Experience with product-oriented AI frameworks such as **Vercel AI and LangGraph**. * Knowledge and experience in **observability** using **Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki**. * Experience in hybrid cloud environments leveraging **AWS** (SQS, S3, etc.) and **Azure** (especially for LLM usage). * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Develop the frontend layer using **React and NextJS** to build user interfaces for chatbots, intelligent agents, and AI-based products. * Design and develop backend services using **Node.js and Python (FastAPI)** for microservices, authentication, process orchestration, and data processing. * Design, deploy, and maintain application infrastructure on **Kubernetes**. * Integrate and operate **AI services on Azure** (language models, Document Intelligence, agents, metadata services, and automations). * Implement solutions based on **AI frameworks**, such as Vercel AI and LangGraph. * Design and integrate messaging, caching, and persistence solutions using **Redis/Valkey, PostgreSQL, and Qdrant**. * Implement and maintain platform **observability** using Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki. * Integrate cloud services from **AWS (SQS, S3, etc.)** and **Azure** services focused on LLMs. * Collaborate with technical leads on architecture design and technical decision-making. * Actively participate in code reviews, definition of best practices, and product evolution. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Prior experience developing **generative AI products** and intelligent agents. * Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems. * Experience designing scalable and secure APIs. * Knowledge of security in cloud and Kubernetes environments. * Experience in high-availability environments and end-user–facing products.
