Develop business-oriented software with a focus on user experience ### **Job description** At Taleo, an international financial consulting company, with presence in 10 countries, and a team of \+500 consultants delivering services to \+ 100 financial entities, as we are seeking a Software Engineer in React/Frontend. As a SW Engineer in our developer team, you are a reliable partner to our customers by contributing high\-quality enhancements to our strategic project. With your skills, you are a successful factor in business\-oriented software development and time\-to\-market deployment. You will work closely with senior engineers, DevOps/MLOps, and data scientists to operationalize the UI side or our generative AI services Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1\. Develop software in an agile project team, including confirming technical design, and performing unit and system testing. 2\. Work directly with business stakeholders to clarify user stories/requirements and support business testing activities. 3\. Contribute to CI/CD and time\-to\-market deployment with DevOps practices (Jira, GitLab, OpenShift) and ensure strong user experience. Requirements. Minimum Experience 5–7 years of expertise in React and JavaScript. Technical Skills / Tools Strong development skills (React, JavaScript); DevOps competence; user experience focus; Linux OS; hands\-on experience with Jira, GitLab, OpenShift; ability to perform unit and system testing. Languages (Required Proficiency) Excellent English (crucial). Desirable Requirements: Financial data experience: data experience in Market Data and Reference Data (recommended); experience in full\-stack development (appreciated). Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; initiative; ability to work independently; ability to interact closely in a Scrum team and collaborate with business partners. Strong ownership and autonomy independently drives backend tasks from problem definition to delivery (including proposing solutions, clarifying requirements, and unblocking self), delivers high\-quality PRs with minimal supervision, and reliably troubleshoots/solves production issues end\-to\-end while improving observability and system robustness.
