We are currently seeking a **Control Systems Engineer** to participate in research and development projects focused on advanced stabilization systems, automatic tracking, and high-precision electromechanical platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design control architectures for electromechanical systems and stabilized platforms.
* Develop dynamic models and control strategies for positioning and tracking systems.
* Design and implement automatic control algorithms, state estimation, and sensor fusion.
* Validate solutions via simulation, laboratory testing, and Hardware-in-the-Loop environments.
* Collaborate on integrating control software with embedded systems, sensors, and actuators.
* Participate in defining validation plans, performance tests, and control metrics.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—software, electronics, mechanics, and systems—to develop innovative solutions.
**Required Knowledge, Experience, and Candidate Profile:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Aerospace, Industrial, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience in designing and implementing automatic control systems and modeling dynamic systems.
* Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and simulation tools.
* Programming experience in Python, C/C\+\+, or similar languages.
* Knowledge of state estimation, sensor fusion, and signal processing.
* Sufficient English proficiency to work in an international technical environment.
* Experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop, ROS/ROS 2, embedded systems, robotic platforms, gimbals, or projects in aerospace, defense, or robotics sectors will be valued.
