**Function Overview at Coca\-Cola**
The Strategy function at Coca\-Cola plays a pivotal role in setting the long\-term direction of the company. We are responsible for identifying growth opportunities, navigating market trends, and building key strategies that enable Coca\-Cola to remain the world’s most valuable and recognizable brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Strategy Intern, you will be involved in shaping Coca\-Cola’s strategic vision. You will analyse market data, support decision\-making on key initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations that align with the company’s growth ambitions.
* Support the development and execution of business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Assist in creating business cases for new product innovations, acquisitions, or market expansions.
* Collaborate with various teams to align strategic objectives with business operations.
* Help analyse performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* Participate in long\-term planning processes and strategic projects.
**Requirements**
* Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Spain. No visa sponsorship is provided.
* Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12\-month internship.
* Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
* Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca\-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high\-performance and diverse environment.
* Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team\-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
* Relevant Knowledge: Ability to analyze and interpret data, strong organizational and strategic planning, proficiency in Microsoft Office, innovative and analytical thinking, problem\-solving orientation, effective communication of strategic ideas, and multitasking abilities.
