Job Summary: We are seeking a specialist to manage technical support for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems—resolving technical queries, advising on equipment maintenance, and ensuring the proper operation of installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resolve technical questions and provide guidance on equipment maintenance. 2. Ensure the proper operation of air conditioning installations. 3. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. We are looking for a professional to manage technical support related to HVAC and ventilation systems in Madrid. Main responsibilities include resolving technical queries, advising on equipment maintenance, and ensuring installations operate correctly at all times. This is a full-time position with an indefinite-term contract, offering a hybrid work model that allows 40% of working hours to be performed remotely. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the HVAC sector and strong client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently resolve incidents are highly valued. Occasional travel within the Madrid area is required for site visits or specific project follow-ups.
