This is a **cross-departmental department**: what you do here will impact all our business lines (Industrial, Environment, Maritime, etc.). We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything—we’re looking for someone eager to learn everything. ### **Your Mission: What Will You Do With Us?** Your primary objective will be to support the development of the company’s “know-how.” Don’t worry about technical expertise—we’ll train you. Your responsibilities will include: * **Transforming technical information into visual and digital content**: You’ll help convey our experts’ knowledge clearly and engagingly to the entire team. * **Digitalizing learning**: You’ll participate in creating multimedia content and explore with us how Artificial Intelligence can help us improve. * **Managing our internal "school" (LMS)**: You’ll maintain our training platform to ensure an excellent experience for colleagues. * **Providing strategic support to Technical Management**: You’ll serve as key support to ensure all training and development projects move forward efficiently. ### **What Would We Like to See in Your Profile?** For this position, your **attitude** is your strongest resume.
