At CBRE, we are seeking an Energy Analyst to support the implementation and execution of energy and sustainability initiatives in data centers, combining energy analytics with environmental management system support.

At CBRE, we are seeking an Energy Analyst to support the implementation and execution of energy and sustainability initiatives in data center environments. This position combines energy analytics, support for environmental and energy management systems, and participation in continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities
Implementation of site- or region-level energy and sustainability programs
Management of energy projects in data centers and associated assets
Monitoring of energy consumption, costs, and KPIs
Analysis of data (energy, water, waste) and monthly reporting
Validation of energy billing and identification of savings opportunities
Support for ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 (audits, compliance, documentation)
Identification of energy efficiency improvement opportunities
Collaboration with operational teams, stakeholders, and clients (Microsoft)
Support for sustainability initiatives (zero waste, energy resilience) Requirements Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or Sustainable Energy
Equivalent qualifications with relevant experience are valued Experience
2–3 years in energy management, sustainability, or technical environments
Experience with ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 systems
