Continuous training in cutting-edge technologies We seek curious minds to join our Data Scientist team ### **What We Require** * Dual degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics; or a Computer Engineering degree with deep knowledge of Mathematics; or a Mathematics degree with significant programming experience. * Master’s or postgraduate degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Natural Language Processing—or demonstrable professional experience in these areas. * Advanced Python programming skills, including notebooks, scripts, and modules. * Development experience on Unix/Linux systems. * Experience in analyzing, configuring, and using machine learning and data processing systems, as well as relevant libraries: numpy, pandas, scikit\-learn, pytorch, Hugging Face, … * Experience developing Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, especially those based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep neural networks. * Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs using strategies such as prompting, fine\-tuning, RAG, or agents. * Familiarity with software management tools such as git. * High level of English proficiency. ### **Also Valued** * Knowledge of big data processing tools such as Spark, Dask, or similar. * Experience implementing machine learning algorithms from scratch. * Bash scripting experience. * Knowledge of SQL databases as well as NoSQL (OpenSearch or MongoDB). * Cloud infrastructure experience, with emphasis on AWS; Azure or Google Cloud also valued. * Experience with containerization and deployment technologies: Docker, REST APIs, Kubernetes. * Experience using software repositories such as GitLab, GitHub, or similar. * Strong abstraction ability to solve complex problems. * Strong analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills. * Initiative, motivation for learning, and commitment to continuous improvement. ### **Ready for Challenging Projects?** We seek curious minds to join our **Data Scientist** team. We are a **young and dynamic team**, composed of innovative individuals, and we seek people eager to join our projects. ### **You Will Help Us:** Implement and conduct testing on **agent-based systems, generative AI, or customized machine learning systems**, tailored to problem requirements—with special emphasis on written natural language processing. You will also perform data processing tasks—including extraction, transformation, and cleaning—and analyze **customer data**, proposing value-driven insights based on them.
