Updating the National Sustainability Verification System **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Administrative Assistant in Madrid to support procedures related to Biofuel Certification. **Workplace** -------------------- * Tragsatec Madrid Office **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Managing procedures for issuing provisional and final certificates under the biofuel promotion mechanism. * Managing and updating the National Sustainability Verification System (SNVS) for verifying the sustainability of biofuels introduced into SICBIOS. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history and/or employment contract enabling verification and certification of required professional experience. * Internship annexes enabling verification and certification of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official FP II or CFGS qualification in the administrative field (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or possess at least 12 months of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 6 months of professional experience in processing and tracking files included in administrative procedures, reviewing and archiving documentation, or registering and updating data and databases. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * User-level knowledge of Word (to be assessed during the technical interview) * User-level knowledge of Excel (to be assessed during the technical interview) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 3 years of experience performing administrative management tasks within the Public Administration (professional experience) * 1 to 3 years of experience processing administrative files (professional experience) * 1 to 3 years of experience performing administrative tasks related to accounting and/or auditing work (professional experience) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 9 months, if applicable + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. + Flexible working hours. + Possibility of remote work for energy savings, up to 50%, as determined by the company Applications will be accepted from today, February 17, 2026, until February 23, 2026, at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
