Job Summary: We are looking for a Software Developer with 4 years of experience in technology environments, passionate about AI, to join a small and cohesive team building an in-house product in its early stage. Currently, we are launching a project born at the heart of Secture — this is a very special project. For this position, we seek a teammate willing to develop and grow our own product \< 3\. For these phases, we prefer on-site work; therefore, it is important that the candidate resides in Madrid, as our offices are located near the Marqués de Vadillo area. What We Expect From You? * Minimum 4 years of experience in technology environments as a Software Developer * Experience using AI and genuine passion for this field * TypeScript \+ Bun * Integration of LLMs, RAG, and document processing * Data analysis * Agent-based architectures * Hands-on AI experience and fluency in coding Other Desirable Skills * Enjoy working on early-stage products and be accustomed to fluid communication with the rest of the team * Strong teamwork skills, along with willingness to support other teammates when needed * Experience with peer reviews, best practices, and agile methodologies * Seeking a project focused on both software quality and human quality If you’ve read this far and would like to get to know us, here’s how the process works: Send an email to people@secture.com telling us a bit about yourself.
