We work cross-functionally with Business, Markets, and Treasury in a technical, analytical, and international environment. **Training you will acquire:** * **Institutional financial analysis:** Understanding of balance sheets, financial statements, and solvency and liquidity metrics for financial entities (banks, insurers, and non-bank financial institutions). * **Credit risk management:** Knowledge of admission processes, quantitative/qualitative assessment methodologies, internal rating assignment, and credit limit setting. * **Regulatory and market perspective:** Insight into international financial regulation and dynamics of the global interbank system. * **Data and tools management:** Efficient use of analytical and collaboration tools (Google Workspace and Excel) applied to financial data processing. * **Cross-functional competencies:** Analytical rigor, attention to detail, ability to synthesize information for reports addressed to committees, and corporate teamwork. **About the job:** **Key responsibilities:** * **Credit Risk Admission Support:** Operational support in managing and receiving credit risk admission requests. * **Proposal Development:** Collaboration in financial analysis and preparation of financial programs for setting and renewing operational limits. * **Rating Management:** Assistance in importing financial data, analyzing financial statements, and applying internal methodologies for credit rating assignment. * **Reporting and Information Management:** Maintenance of departmental databases (Google Workspace / Excel) and support in preparing reports and presentations for risk committees. **Academic profile:** * Students in final years or recent graduates in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Dual Degrees (ADE/Economics \+ Law/Engineering), or quantitative degrees applied to finance. **Essential requirements:** * **Financial analysis and accounting:** Strong ability to read and interpret financial statements, with particular interest in financial institutions’ balance sheets. * **Languages:** Advanced English level (B2/C1\), required for reviewing financial documentation and credit rating agency reports. * **Advanced office software proficiency:** + Spreadsheets (Google Sheets / MS Excel): Mastery of logical and lookup functions, pivot tables, and handling large volumes of data. + Collaboration tools (Google Workspace / MS Office): Ability to create clear presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint) and draft technical reports (Google Docs / Word). **Key competencies:** * Rigor and attention to detail in operational tasks. * Synthesis ability and proactivity. * Aptitude for teamwork in dynamic environments. **Desirable:** * **Automation:** Knowledge of Google Apps Script, VBA, or macros to optimize recurring tasks. **Skills:**
