Collaborative culture: we work as a team, celebrate achievements together, and learn from mistakes. **Your mission** As a **Center Coordinator**, your main mission will be to act as the link between the client, TRIGO, and the services/projects we carry out, ensuring continuous feedback at all times. **Challenges you will face:** * You will coordinate all activities related to the client, personnel structure, and operations. * You will organize and plan the center's production. * You will manage costs, indicators, profitability (among others) of the production site. * You will standardize processes and quality (work instructions, technical support, ensure procedures are applied, quality monitoring, etc.). * You will conduct workplace audits according to the Quality Management System, analyze and implement appropriate preventive and corrective actions. * You will supervise the administrative management of the centers. * You will develop and communicate client expectations throughout the organization. * You will regularly report on mission status and business relationships. * You will identify new services within existing clients or others in the area, as you will be the direct point of contact. **What will make you succeed in this role:** ✅ Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar. ✅ 3\-5 years of experience in industrial environments and team management. ✅ Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of quality methodologies. ✅ Minimum English level B1\. **Here’s how your selection process will go:** * Brief call to align your expectations and get to know you (15 min). * Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min). * In-person technical assessment with the operations/department managers to understand the day-to-day reality (45 min).
