




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to comprehensively manage subsidized training courses, coordinating documentation, monitoring, and justification of training activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of subsidized training courses (SEPE, FUNDAE, and regional programs) 2. Coordination with trainers, trainees, and funding entities 3. Support during audits and preparation of training reports The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end administrative management of subsidized training courses, including those funded by SEPE, FUNDAE, and other regional bodies. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation for course implementation, monitoring, and justification of training activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for communication and coordination with trainers, trainees, and course funding entities. Enrollment control, attendance tracking, assessments, and document archiving will also be managed. Additionally, data entries and updates on official platforms will be performed, and support will be provided during audits and administrative reviews. Training reports will be prepared, and training files will be monitored. A minimum of 12 months of professional experience in administrative or commercial technician roles is required. The contract will be temporary, lasting 5 months, with flexible working hours and a gross monthly salary of 1\.800 €, including pro-rated extraordinary payments. The applicable collective agreement is the Training Sector Collective Agreement.
