




Job Summary: We are seeking a self-control operator for a food company, responsible for supervising the HACCP system and ensuring process traceability and quality. Key Points: 1. Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and possible night shifts) We are looking for a self-control operator to join a major food-sector company in Catarroja. Main responsibilities include supporting tasks related to the self-control system (HACCP), ensuring all procedures are fully complied with. Key responsibilities include supervising production records and line controls to ensure traceability. Any incidents or deviations must be identified and reported to the Quality or Production Manager. Essential process parameters—such as dates, batches, and temperatures—must also be monitored. Cleaning and disinfection of production lines and facilities will likewise be supervised. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance. The company offers a positive work environment and is undergoing continuous growth. Shifts are rotating (morning and afternoon), with possible night shifts during periods of high production. * Prior experience in similar roles within the food industry is preferred. * We seek a dynamic, proactive, autonomous individual, results-oriented, organized, and methodical, eager to join a young and passionate team. * Practical knowledge of HACCP and IFS standards—or similar—is valued. * Training in quality, laboratory work, or related fields is an advantage. * Proficiency in using computer tools is required. * Commitment to continuous improvement and food safety culture is essential
