We value teamwork, organization, communication, and attention to detail. ### **Description** Responsible for comprehensive warehouse management, including receipt, preparation, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing materials within GLORY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS Spain’s network. Coordinates delivery of materials to field technicians in an assigned geographical area, ensuring proper receipt. Oversees internal goods distribution, guarantees integrity of goods, and reports incidents related to transportation, shortages, or damages—all under company direction and strategy.### **Key Responsibilities** Physical goods receipt and system-based receipt. Control and tracking of shipments in an environment focused on efficiency and cost optimization. Operational tracking of special projects. Tracking, management, and reporting of incidents. Logistical support to various company functions. Custody of warehouse stock; correct placement. Shipment documentation and proper custody of signed delivery notes. ### **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise** **Education:** * General basic education. * Warehouse management course preferred. * Computer literacy. * Internet user-level proficiency. * Forklift operator license. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Experience in this sector is valued. * Experience in customer-facing work environments. **Soft Skills:** Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Organization: Maintain an orderly warehouse and manage priorities efficiently. Communication: Convey clear information regarding orders, inventory, or issues. Time Management: Meet deadlines and manage workflow pace. Adaptability: Respond quickly to changes in tasks or priorities. Attention to Detail: Avoid errors when preparing orders or counting inventory. Physical and Mental Resilience: Stay focused and energetic during long shifts. **Hard Skills:** Equipment Handling: Safe operation of forklifts, pallet trucks, or packaging equipment. Inventory Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management software (ERP, JDE, etc.). Loading and Unloading: Proper techniques for handling heavy goods and preventing injuries. Classification and Storage: Understanding how to organize products by category, size, or priority. Quality Control: Inspect goods to ensure compliance with standards. Safety Regulations: Adhere to occupational safety regulations and hazardous material handling protocols.
