CNC Lathe Operator (Lathe Turner) and/or Machining Center Operator

**What does the job involve?**: * Operate CNC lathes to manufacture parts according to technical specifications. **Associated job responsibilities**: * Monitor tool wear and perform necessary tool changes. * Use tool wear offsets to ensure part precision. * Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments. * Ensure compliance with workplace quality and safety standards. **Requirements**: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC lathes. * Knowledge and experience with Fanuc, ISO, or Okuma controls. * Experience using in-machine verification tools: calipers, dial indicators, micrometers, plug gauges, thread rings, go/no-go gauges, etc. Factory-based work, always indoors, with climate control in both winter and summer. **Initial temporary contract** through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with a **very realistic possibility** of transitioning later to an **indefinite contract directly with the company**. **Long-term job stability**. – A leading company with over 50 years of history\-.
