We offer you the opportunity to work during the summer months as support for our colleagues in the Health\-Social division in Parla. What Are We Looking For? As you know, by joining our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your culinary knowledge in facility settings. We are currently seeking a Cook (Elderly Care) to provide coverage at facilities in the Parla area during summer vacation replacements. **We Offer:** * Temporary contract for vacation replacement, with potential for continuity. * Morning and/or afternoon working hours according to schedule (Monday to Sunday, with two days off). * Full-time position. * Salary: €1,424 gross per year. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, and professional development. Responsibilities * Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
