Candidate identification and selection We are seeking an administrative professional to manage human resources tasks at a company located in Alcorcón, dedicated to comprehensive pet care. Responsibilities include candidate identification and selection, conducting resume screening, contacting professionals, and conducting interviews. The role also involves coordinating onboarding processes, monitoring and tracking employee leaves across locations, and managing employee performance and needs. Additionally, the role includes coordinating work schedules, substitutions, and assignment changes, as well as resolving operational, regulatory, or administrative incidents and queries. Responsibilities also encompass requesting, collecting, and archiving documentation, as well as registering personnel in the platform for controlling and reviewing meeting minutes, among other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:15, and Friday, 08:00–15:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in recruitment and personnel management. * We seek a proactive individual with strong communication skills. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. * GM or GS in Administration.
