Currently, we are looking for a **Site Manager** to supervise and manage an **OFFICE PROJECT WITH A HIGH DESIGN WORKLOAD**. We seek a professional experienced in managing **DETAILED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS**, leading teams, and meeting deadlines and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. * Plan and control resources (materials, machinery, and subcontractors). * Ensure compliance with the project schedule and established deadlines. * Guarantee work quality in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Manage subcontractors and suppliers. * Resolve unforeseen issues arising during construction execution. * Maintain constant communication with the **TECHNICAL DIRECTION** and the client regarding work progress. **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Construction, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in similar projects. * Advanced ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Capacity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in tools such as \[AutoCAD, Project, Excel, ERPs, etc.]. * Up-to-date knowledge of construction regulations and occupational risk prevention. * Ability to manage situations under pressure and solve problems. * Valid driver’s license; personal vehicle is a plus. **We Offer** * Immediate hiring. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Opportunity for professional development within a growing company. * Long-term employment continuity across future projects and internal advancement.
