Job Summary: Designs, optimizes, and launches industrial solutions, collaborating across all product lifecycle phases—from initial concept to mass production. Key Responsibilities: 1. 2D/3D product and tooling design, technical documentation. 2. Incident resolution and prototype adjustment. 3. Participation in process standardization and optimization. This position is located in Móstoles and belongs to the Engineering and Product Development Department. The primary function is to design, optimize, and launch industrial solutions, collaborating with manufacturing and commercial teams throughout all product phases—from initial concept to mass production. Designs must be technically feasible, meet quality standards, and enable efficient manufacturing. Responsibilities include 2D and 3D design using specialized software, developing new products and improving existing ones, as well as creating tooling for manufacturing. Detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation are also produced. Additional tasks include resolving design-related incidents during production, adjusting digital and physical prototypes, and providing technical support to the commercial team by generating graphical documentation for customers. Furthermore, participation in product standardization and process optimization is required. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or an advanced vocational training qualification in Mechanical Design is required, along with at least one year of experience in industrial or mechanical design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks (or equivalent 3D CAD software), and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience in tooling design and knowledge of CAD\-CAM applications for laser cutting, punching, and bending are desirable. Prior experience in industrial manufacturing environments is a significant advantage. At least 1 year of experience in industrial or mechanical design. Education in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Vocational Training (Mechanical Design). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD software), and Microsoft Office suite. Tooling design knowledge, CAD\-CAM expertise, and industrial environment experience are valued.
