We are currently seeking an Operations Quality Manager to lead the implementation of our quality management system. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will join an international support team serving project and management teams, and actively contribute to CT’s continuous improvement initiatives. Your scope will cover all CT offices in Spain and all sectors in which we operate. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the continuous improvement of the management system. * Implement new systems requested by the company. * Define and implement the internal audit plan. * Monitor and report on internal projects (KPI tracking, Quality Assurance Plans, nonconformance and corrective action tracking, risk analysis, etc.). * Supplier control (KPI analysis, internal evaluations, audits, etc.). * Customer feedback monitoring. * Internal support for Project Review Meetings, external audits, customer complaint follow-up, procedure implementation, and record keeping. **What We Offer:** * Full-time schedule with flexible hours to better balance personal and professional life. * Hybrid work model. * Permanent contract. * Continuous professional development. * Competitive compensation. * Participative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment—we love working as a team! * Join the place where engineers love to work. \#LI\-EC1 **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * University degree (preferably in engineering) with specialization in project or quality management. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering companies. * Experience with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 quality management systems—either managing projects within this framework or managing/implementing such systems. * Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to foster team members’ interest and engagement toward a shared objective. * Ability to share and implement information and best practices with the team. * Flexibility and adaptability to change—capable of adjusting your working methods, actions, and communication in response to novel situations. * Ability to autonomously and systematically solve problems.
