You will be a key player in the vehicle certification process, delivering specialized and high-quality technical service to our clients. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Technical inspection and diagnosis:** Perform mechanical inspections and data collection on vehicles to prepare homologation technical reports. * **Customer service:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and channeling them to the appropriate internal departments. * **Test execution:** Conduct technical tests and trials in accordance with current regulations, ensuring compliance with certification standards. * **Technical documentation:** Contribute to the preparation of homologation reports with accurate and verified technical data. **Requirements** * **Higher Vocational Training Certificate** (CFGS) in Automotive Engineering, Electromechanics of Vehicles, Maintenance of Self-Propelled Vehicles, or equivalent qualification. * **Digital competencies:** Proficiency in standard computer tools at user level. **Experience** * **Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience** in an automotive mechanical workshop, working with various types of vehicles and systems. * Experience in vehicle **inspection**, **diagnosis**, and **maintenance**. **Personal Skills** * **Customer orientation:** Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients. * **Active listening:** Ability to understand clients’ technical requirements and expectations. * **Problem solving:** Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with capacity to propose effective alternatives. * **Autonomous and team-based work:** Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team. **Languages** * **Spanish:** Native or bilingual proficiency is mandatory. * **English:** Intermediate-to-advanced level (B2 or higher) is highly desirable, enabling fluent technical conversations with international clients and comprehension of specialized documentation. **Additional Information** **WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS?** Here’s your roadmap: 1st: Submit your application and complete the initial questions. 2nd: You’ll have an initial contact with HR or complete a pre-recorded interview at your convenience. 3rd: You’ll interview with the team you’ll join and complete English and behavioral assessments. 4th: Receive your offer and begin your onboarding process.
