ABOUT THE ROLE As an **Environment Manager**, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Toledo site complies with all legal requirements and SBFE's environmental policies. You will implement environmental management systems based on ISO 14001, lead internal audits, and foster a sustainable culture across the entire plant. Your **responsibilities** will include: * Ensure compliance with local and European environmental regulations as well as internal policies. * Develop, implement, and maintain the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001. * Conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and lead corrective and preventive actions. * Report environmental KPIs and provide data for risk-based decision-making. * Drive training activities on environmental aspects and waste management. * Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to ensure excellence in environmental management. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE * University degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Experience in environmental management within the food or beverage industry. * Solid knowledge of local and European environmental legislation. * Experience with quality and food safety systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). * B2 level or higher in English and proficiency in digital tools.
