A company in the windows and building envelope sector, with a dedicated department for managing energy improvement subsidies, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to strengthen its team. Main Responsibilities \- Management of public administration platforms and electronic notification services \- Downloading and organizing subsidy requirements, resolutions, and files \- Analyzing administrative requirements and identifying necessary documentation \- Requesting and tracking documentation from clients \- Indexing and archiving documentation in digital files \- Submitting documentation via Electronic Offices \- Interpreting applicable regulations (subsidies, administrative laws, tender specifications, etc.) \- Monitoring deadlines in accordance with the Common Administrative Procedure Act and related regulations, and filing administrative appeals \- Communicating with public bodies (telephone and email) \- Preparing and submitting bids for public contracts Candidate Profile \- Administrative background with education in Political Science, Law, Public Administration, or related fields \- Proficiency in Excel and office software \- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented individual \- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn What We Offer \- Full-time position \- Training in subsidy management and applicable regulations \- Professional development in a growing sector (energy efficiency) Salary: €18,000.00–€22,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
