Fruit and Vegetable Specialist

Description

As part of the Ultra-Fresh Section team, led by the Section Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Receiving goods while ensuring the freshness and incoming condition of fruits and vegetables. * Preparing and displaying fruits, vegetables, and other section products, ensuring quality, quantity, and optimal product presentation. * Performing yield calculations, performance analysis, shrinkage assessments, etc. * Monitoring existing stock, supporting the Section Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels and product variety. * Monitoring and removing products that fail to meet required freshness standards. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising section equipment, tools, and facilities. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and if you have: * Prior experience as a Fruit Vendor or Assistant in a Fruit Shop. * Compulsory Secondary Education. * Training in food handling/food safety. * Knowledge of fruit shop-specific tools and equipment. * Basic office software skills.
