Description

We are seeking a technician for the Systems and Microcomputing Department, capable of providing support to both internal users and external clients. The contract is permanent, full-time, and the work is conducted on-site in Alcorcón. Responsibilities include on-site and remote technical support, installation and maintenance of Windows equipment, management of Microsoft 365, incident diagnosis, backup management, and cybersecurity. Occasional travel to client sites is required, with all related expenses covered by the company. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and organized individual with strong learning ability and excellent customer service skills. On-site work in Alcorcón is mandatory, and availability for travel when required by service needs is essential. Knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, servers, and technical support is highly valued; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are also desirable.
