Production Operator with Industrial Maintenance Knowledge

Description

We are seeking a person to work as a production operator in Casarrubios del Monte, with experience or knowledge in industrial maintenance. Main tasks include handling, packaging, labeling, palletizing, and proper placement of goods within the facility. Additionally, support is required for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. This involves adjusting machine parameters and coil settings, as well as performing necessary part replacements and manipulations to ensure proper equipment operation. The job is dynamic, team-based, and demands attention to detail to maintain production continuity. A renewable monthly temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:30, including a 30-minute lunch break. During summer, Fridays follow an intensive schedule from 7:00 to 15:30, also including a lunch break. The salary is €9.92 gross per hour. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace, and immediate availability is mandatory. Experience operating a front-end forklift and holding a valid forklift license are desirable. Furthermore, solid knowledge of industrial maintenance is essential to perform basic adjustments and repairs on production machinery.
