At Prosegur, we seek unstoppable individuals who want to lead our purpose of making the world a safer place. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Perform and supervise monthly and annual closings, analyzing revenue and cost variances, identifying incidents, errors, and potential extraordinary impacts. * Conduct financial analysis and prepare business reports, identifying variances and proposing improvement actions to optimize management. * Manage and load budgets in Hyperion, ensuring budget tracking and control by departments, services, and cost categories. * Extract, consolidate, and process data from various systems (Hyperion, SIP2000, and Business Objects) for productivity, profitability, and other key performance indicator analyses. * Review assets, analytical accounts, and accounting allocations, ensuring correct cost assignment and appropriate distribution of centralized expenses according to established criteria. * Prepare, maintain, and update management reports, adapting their content, segmentation, and format to business needs. * Maintain continuous communication with operational, commercial, and managerial leaders to support business management and decision-making. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance. * Strong communication and analytical skills. * Prior knowledge of Hyperion, SIP2000, or Business Objects is desirable. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Prior internship or traineeship experience in a similar field is desirable. **Why Prosegur?
