DESCRIPTION An **INDUSTRIAL** company in the **FOOD** sector requires an **HR MANAGER** for its corporate group, with the workplace located in the Barbanza area. **OFFERED:** * SALARY TO BE NEGOTIATED, based on the candidate's qualifications. * INDEFINITE CONTRACT. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. The schedule includes working one Saturday every three weeks, whenever production requirements demand it. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensive personnel management (**PAYROLL**, **HIRING**, **ENROLLMENTS**, **TERMINATIONS**, and modifications in **SOCIAL SECURITY**). * Preparation of payroll. * Management of hiring processes and employment documentation. * Coordination and follow-up with **ETTS** and other **HR SERVICE PROVIDERS**. * Acting as the **LINK** between Production, Maintenance, and Office **TEAMS**, and Management, facilitating **COMMUNICATION** and **COORDINATION** among different departments. REQUIREMENTS * **EXPERIENCE** performing similar tasks related to labor relations management in **INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES**. * Education in **LABOR RELATIONS**, **HR**, or **LAW**. * Proficiency in labor management (payroll, contracts, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the Barbanza area and/or willingness to relocate.
