Description

We are seeking a cook to work in VILLAVICIOSA (ASTURIAS). Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes—from appetizers to desserts—following established recipes and standards. You will also manage the kitchen line during service to ensure speed and quality, monitor ingredient freshness, and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing raw material inventory, supporting the training of new staff, and keeping machinery and utensils in good condition. At least two years of experience in a similar position is required. Experience as a head waiter, dining room manager, or food and beverage manager in hotels or high-level catering establishments will be valued. Hospitality and tourism education, as well as proficiency in English or other languages, are also advantageous. The contract is permanent and full-time. Salary will be paid according to the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Industry of the Principality of Asturias.
