**Description:** ---------------- Micofer by Empatif is seeking a recent graduate in Labor Relations to undertake an internship in the Human Resources department, working closely and directly with the department head. We are looking for a candidate interested in building a professional career in Human Resources, eager to learn, assume responsibilities, and grow within an industrial environment. During the internship period, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in Human Resources management at an industrial company, progressively participating in various areas and acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the department. **Responsibilities:** **Depending on their progress and knowledge, the intern will participate in tasks related to:** * Support in various Human Resources processes. * Management and tracking of employment documentation. * Support in recruitment and hiring processes. * Administrative management of personnel. * Collaboration in onboarding and integration of new employees. * Support in training management. * Monitoring of incidents and other tasks typical of the Human Resources department. * Collaboration in internal departmental projects and procedures. We offer: * Internship placement under an internship program, lasting \[6/12 months]. * Training and direct mentoring by the Human Resources department head. * The opportunity to learn and participate **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or equivalent qualification. * Recent graduate or with limited professional experience. * Genuine interest in pursuing a professional career in Human Resources. * Organized, responsible individual with strong learning capacity. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse professional profiles. * Proactive attitude, initiative, and willingness to take on new challenges. * Prior interest in the industrial sector and/or previous internship experience will be considered favorably.
