Bakery Production Assistant

Description

We are seeking staff for a bakery production facility in Getafe, within a dynamic team where quality and teamwork are essential. Tasks include handling and preparing products, assisting with baking, quality control, packaging, and labeling. A gross hourly wage of €11.05 is offered, plus additional allowances. A minimum of one year’s experience in food handling or similar positions is required, immediate availability, flexibility to work the early-morning shift from 03:00 to 11:00, a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting, as well as commitment to teamwork and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in bakery production facilities or food manufacturing plants is considered an advantage. The working schedule is full-time (40 hours per week), with a fixed early-morning shift and two days off per week (Sunday and one rotating day). The initial contract is temporary for three months, with monthly renewals up to one year, and potential permanent employment.
