Operation of power generation plants. Boiler Operator certification (desirable requirement) Knowledge of chemical analysis and control of water\-steam cycle parameters. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, maintenance management software (Maximo preferred). Development and application of operation and maintenance procedures. We are looking for facilities and equipment technicians to carry out a wide range of operations to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of facilities. You will work with an experienced team of process engineers, local maintenance technicians, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.### **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on basic facilities, providing support for corrective maintenance on mechanical/HVAC equipment (compressed air, deionized water, process cooling water systems, gas supply systems, UPS, air renewal and ventilation systems). * Execute daily checklists, facility inspection routes, and take readings to ensure facilities operate normally. * Provide support to other maintenance and production teams as needed. * Daily and punctual attendance at the workplace is required. * Develop procedures, checklists, and provide maintenance assistance and training. ### **Requirements:** * Intermediate or higher vocational degree in any field related to electricity, electronics, installation, maintenance, or military technical certification in mechanics, electricity, equipment, systems, or other related fields, or demonstrable experience. * More than 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities within manufacturing environments. * Experience in semiconductor or other device manufacturing environments is a plus. * Experience with electrical laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power meters). * Experience in machine/equipment setup. * Ability to read control schematics, process diagrams, and electrical and/or fluid facility blueprints.
