We continue growing and are looking for someone who wants to be much more than just a regional delegate: we seek someone who will leave a lasting mark in Extremadura.** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **YOUR ROLE** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **As Regional Delegate, you will be the key piece of our operation in the region. You will lead the local team, manage operational activities, and also serve as the area’s commercial driver.** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** **Planning and organizing regional activities, coordinating the team, and ensuring the Group’s quality standards are met.** **Developing commercial relationships within the territory: engaging with local entities, expanding the client portfolio, and supporting expansion campaigns.** **Managing reporting and production tracking, ensuring accurate information flows to senior management.** **Accompanying site visits with technical management or developers and providing support during certification processes.** **Proposing procedural and technical improvements to optimize area performance.** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **ARE YOU THE ONE?** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **We are looking for someone with:** **→ Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.** **→ Minimum 10 years’ experience managing teams and field operations.** **→ Residence in Mérida and solid knowledge of the region and its surroundings.** **→ Proven ability to lead, coordinate resources, and make autonomous decisions.** **→ Availability and flexibility to travel nationwide.** **→ Commercial orientation: you enjoy opening doors and building customer relationships.** **→ Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.** **→ Valid Class B driving license.** **Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles is valued (but not mandatory).** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **WHAT WE OFFER** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **Permanent full-time contract — stability from day one.** **Flexible working hours — organize your schedule autonomously.** **30 days of vacation per year — truly disconnect.** **Immediate hiring.** **A company in constant expansion — grow with us.** **Dynamic and collaborative culture — a team that supports you and invests in your development.** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **WHY GSA?** **──────────────────────────────────────────** **We are a company committed to inclusive and fair hiring practices.
