#### **Work Modality** On-site #### **Department** Operations #### **Workplace** Termosol \- Ctra. de Madrigalejo a Logrosan, Km. 6, 06760 Navalvillar de Pela, Badajoz #### **Your Profile** Responsible for remote plant operation from the control room, managing SCADA systems, alarms, and critical process maneuvers. #### **Requirements** **Required Education** Higher vocational training or technical engineering degree in electricity, electronics, energy, or automation. **Required Experience** Minimum 2 years of experience as a plant or control operator in industrial facilities, preferably energy-related. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work rotating shifts. Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined, in a safety-oriented, environmentally respectful, and continuous production process improvement environment. **Desirable**: Residence near the facility. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation and Planning, Organization, and Continuous Improvement #### **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor real-time plant operation using distributed control systems. * Detect parameter deviations and apply immediate corrective actions. * Execute control maneuvers in accordance with standardized operating procedures (SOPs). * Coordinate field personnel to carry out combined tasks or resolve incidents. * Record all operational events, alarms, and maneuvers in shift reports. * Actively participate in start-up, shutdown, and state-change operations. * Apply and enforce safety, environmental, and energy efficiency policies from the control room. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator company, currently fully focused on renewable generation.
