**Project:** EPC project for a new biomass plant in Olmedo (Valladolid). **Responsibilities/Functions of the position:** Hierarchically reporting to the Project Director and functionally to the Startup Manager (PEM) of EAG, will be fully responsible for organizing the PEM activities on site, thus being accountable for the timely and cost-effective execution of all PEM works, while meeting the project's Safety and Quality requirements: * Lead the EAG PEM team on site and manage the Direct Labor (MOD) contract at the construction site, * Coordinate PEM personnel activities during System Handover and Testing processes throughout the PEM phase, * Lead communications with the Client regarding all PEM matters, * Lead coordination with third parties on site, including subcontractors and other PEM participants, * Develop / update and monitor the detailed PEM schedule; coordinate with the Planning Department and Project Management (PM), * Develop / update the list of PEM requirements and production forecasts: consumption amounts and required dates to coordinate with third parties; Biomass, Sorbent, Ammonia, Ash; Steam/Electricity Production. * Prepare / validate / maintain updated list of Turn Over Packages (TOP) and their scopes, and submit them for PM approval. If necessary, headquarters will support the PEM Manager in defining TOP scopes, * Assess the status of system handovers, verifying readiness for testing initiation, * Prepare required Startup Documentation both for execution and for handover to Operations and Maintenance (O&M), * Coordinate dates and durations of TFA attendance, aiming to align with contractual schedules; prepare needs list, * Develop the training plan and ensure its implementation and follow-up, * Responsible for analyzing and, where appropriate, authorizing construction work on handed-over systems, considering required safety conditions, * Request construction teams to perform tasks (modifications, repairs, etc.) on transferred systems, * Ensure that his personnel comply with established safety conditions for work on transferred systems, * Review all work permits and authorize them with signature, * Verify costs of resources assigned to PEM, ensuring they remain within the allocated budget, and report deviations to PM for approval. **Academic qualifications required:** Engineer. **Additional/complementary education required/minimal:** Basic HSE training is desirable. **Experience required:** Minimum 5 years as PEM Manager in industrial plants, ideally in a similar type of facility. **Tool(s):** MS Office. **Languages:** Spanish and English. **Work location:** Olmedo (Valladolid), for an estimated duration of 12 months, with planned start during the second half of January 2026.
