The candidate will participate in the **design and implementation of advanced integrations**, working with APIs, conversational bots, and microservice architecture. ***Responsibilities*** * Design and implement integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs. * Integrate Genesys with third-party chatbots and voicebots. * Configure and optimize flows in Genesys Architect. * Capture and expose key data (intents, metrics, duration, summaries). * Collaborate in the design of integration architecture. ***Competencies*** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to solve complex problems. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. ***Conditions*** * Modality: Remote (occasional office attendance in Madrid) * Location: Madrid * Working hours: 08:00 \- 17:00\.
