We seek a candidate with solid mobile development experience and the ability to assume a technical leadership role, participating in the definition, evolution, and improvement of corporate mobile applications. The selected candidate will play a key role in **technical decision-making**, **team coordination**, and **ensuring quality in mobile solution development**. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Provide technical leadership for Android and iOS mobile application development. * Define and evolve the mobile architecture of solutions. * Supervise integration of APIs and backend services. * Ensure code quality through testing, performance optimization, and best practices. * Coordinate tasks and track progress using tools such as Jira, Kanban, or Planner. * Participate in defining CI/CD processes and app store publishing workflows. * Serve as a technical reference and facilitate communication across teams. ***Position Conditions:*** * Work mode: Hybrid (1\-2 days onsite at client location). * Location: Madrid (Barrio Salamanca area). * Sector: Industry. ***What We Offer:*** * Involvement in strategic mobile projects. * A role with high impact on technical decisions and architecture. * A collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams. * Professional development within NS Group, an IT services company. Contract type: Permanent * **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * **5 to 7 years** of experience in mobile development. * Experience in **API integration**. * Knowledge of **mobile architecture, testing, and performance optimization**. * Experience in **Android and/or iOS (native)** development. * Experience with **project management tools** (Jira, Kanban, etc.). * Knowledge of **CI/CD** and **app store publishing processes** (App Store / Google Play). * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ownership orientation. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience leading teams or projects. * Sensitivity to UX/UI and product design. * English level B2 or higher.
