Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to drive the energy transition by overseeing quality in construction projects and collaborating with teams for continuous improvement. Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality-related matters. **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to bring a **Quality Control Engineer** onto our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**: * Controlling and tracking quality documentation generated during project construction. * Continuously supervising project execution and resolving incidents. * Collaborating with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and promote continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitoring and evaluating quality control processes and procedures throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Conducting inspections and audits both at supplier manufacturing facilities and on-site for materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. * Managing suppliers and contractors. Analyzing, managing, and resolving non-conformities (NCRs), claims, and potential corrective actions. * Reviewing and analyzing contractual requirements, ensuring compliance therewith. * Developing, reviewing, and approving construction, installation, and field testing procedures and technical specifications. * Tracking and supervising tests and inspections. * Preparing quality reports, final dossiers, and close-out documentation. * Providing technical support and guidance to project teams on quality-related matters, including interpretation of regulations, standards, and legislation. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Civil, Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in quality inspection or quality assurance, preferably within the renewable energy industry or a similar field. * Experience in management systems and process and/or project management. * Field inspection experience is highly desirable: electrical installations and energy storage systems, civil works inspections and supervision, etc. * Knowledge of quality management standards and regulations, especially ISO 9001\. * English proficiency: Intermediate/Advanced.
